$300 for the first 4 hours, then $75 per additional hour. A $100 cleaning fee is added at checkout. All-in pricing — no hidden charges.

Yes — and you'd book the overnight stay only, not both. The nightly rate already includes the whole property, so adding a daytime block on top would mean paying twice for the same space. Any event or gathering during a stay must be approved by the host in advance — unauthorized events can result in cancellation of your reservation without refund — so tell us what you're planning when you book and we'll confirm it. If you're not staying the night and only need the space for a few hours, the daytime block below is the cheaper option.
