Birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, family reunions, small celebrations of life, anniversary parties, graduation parties, and intimate corporate gatherings. The Barn is best suited for casual, daytime events for 20–80 guests.
How much does it cost?
$300 for the first 4 hours, then $75 per additional hour. A $100 cleaning fee is added at checkout. All-in pricing — no hidden charges.
What's included?
10 round 5-foot tables, 80 folding chairs, full kitchen access, half bath, indoor and outdoor space, ample parking. Linens and decor add-ons are available — ask when you book.
Where is it?
4744 Roslin Rd, Newburgh, IN 47630. About 15 minutes east of downtown Evansville, just off the Warrick Trails system and a short drive from Friedman Park.
Can I combine an overnight stay with my event?
Yes — the Barn also sleeps 12, so it's perfect for multi-day family gatherings or weekend celebrations. Book the overnight stay directly on the property page and we'll coordinate the event timing with you.
Do you do weddings?
We're not a traditional wedding venue, but smaller wedding-adjacent events — rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, intimate ceremonies under 80 guests — fit beautifully. Reach out and we'll talk through your plans.
