- Business travelers on extended projects — Toyota, Berry Global, Old National Bank, Mead Johnson (Reckitt), engineering firms, consultants on multi-month engagements.
- Hospital-extended-stay families — caregivers accompanying patients through extended treatment at one of the regional hospitals.
- People between homes — relocations, divorces, insurance claims, between-house gap periods, home renovations that exceeded their original timeline (we've heard them all).
What's different about a mid-term stay
Beyond just the price discount, mid-term stays come with logistics we'll happily accommodate:
- Mid-stay cleans. Bi-weekly or monthly housekeeping on request, billed at cost.
- Mail and packages. We'll accept packages on your behalf and hold them for you.
- Storage flexibility. Some closet space cleared so you can actually unpack.
- Direct billing for companies. For company-sponsored stays, we can invoice monthly and provide itemized receipts for expense reports.
- Pet-friendly options. Several of our properties welcome dogs on longer stays.
