Welcome to Barn in the Burgh, a modern barndominium in Newburgh, Indiana!

The main living space features a private downstairs bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom with shower, plus a pull-out sofa bed in the living area. Upstairs, the bunkroom sleeps up to 8 with four twin trundle beds and four twin floor mattresses perfect for kids, sports teams, or large groups.

The heated and cooled garage is the heart of the entertainment space. Guests enjoy a ping pong table, cornhole boards, and dining tables for group meals. As an event venue, the garage accommodates up to 80 people for weddings, reunions, team retreats, and celebrations. All events require host approval reach out for pricing and details. The garage includes its own half bathroom for convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, and the full-size washer and dryer are ideal for extended stays. Free parking is available on-site.

Guest will access the home via the keypads on the exterior doors.

Host will be available via the Airbnb app to assist with questions or provide suggestions on things to do/places to eat in the area.

Property is located in a rural area of Newburgh, walking/biking distance to Friedman Park! Property is located on a dead end/cul-de-sac street.

Most guests commute via car to the property. Once at the property, we have three bicycles that can be used on the bike trail that runs into nearby Friedman Park.

Barn in the Burgh is ideal for traveling workers and contractors during the week. The full-size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, fast WiFi, and dedicated workspace make it easy to settle in for extended stays. On weekends, the space transforms for wedding parties, family reunions, birthday celebrations, and traveling sports teams. Pets are welcome with prior approval.
